Q1: I have encountered an error that has brought me here. What do I do?
To try and resolve the issue, there are a few steps that can be taken:
- Ensure that your input matches the required format.
- If you are using multiple VCF or sequence files, try reducing the number of inputs at once.
- If using rsids, the issue may lie with external software relied upon by SNPeBoT. Try converting them to one of the other formats using the Standalone package or another method, then resubmit.
If the issue persists, please check the server load or contact us.
Q2: How can I contact support?
If you have questions regarding the server, SNPeBoT, or errors encountered, please email us at: baldo.oliva@upf.edu.
Q3: What do I do if I receive a 400 error?
A 400 error typically means that the input is invalid or improperly formatted. Please check your input for correctness, and ensure that they follow the correct format. You can refer to the format guide available on the home page for more information.
